Launches
Read the room while the room is still talking.
A launch generates more public reaction in six hours than the rest of the quarter. Most of it is never read by the team that shipped it.

The Acme v2 migration guide is genuinely good. Took me eleven minutes end to end.
Testimonial
The problem
Why this keeps getting missed.
On launch day everyone refreshes a different tab, the same thread gets sent to the group chat four times, and the one comment that spotted a real bug is buried under congratulations. Afterwards nobody can say what actually landed.
Plays
What people actually do with it.
Raise the cadence for the day
A monitor that keeps finding new mentions is scanned more often automatically. Launch day is exactly when that pays.
Split the celebration from the signal
Two hundred "congrats" posts and three bug reports arrive together. Category and urgency separate them without a human triaging.
Write the retro from data
Filter by category over the launch window and the retro is a query, not a memory exercise.
For agents
Or let software do the reading.
Connect the MCP server and ask in plain language — the same data, no dashboard required.
“What are the top reactions to our launch in the last six hours, and what needs a reply?”
Pricing
Same price, whichever job you use it for.

FAQ
Before you ask.
- How quickly does a mention appear?
- Active monitors are swept every four hours, and a mention is classified within a few minutes of collection. It is fast enough to reply while a thread is still live, not fast enough to be a live feed.
- Can I get launch-day alerts on my phone?
- Set an alert to a webhook and point it at whatever already reaches your phone. Email works too, but a chat webhook is what most teams use on the day.
